Custom Drapes
Pictured here is a STATIONARY DRAPERY PANEL enhanced with GOBLET PLEATS. DRAPERIES have pleated headings that attach to rods by means of drapery hooks. They are opened and closed either by hand or by a traverse rod system.

Custom Curtains
By definition, CURTAINS are gathered on a rod or attached to a rod by tabs, ties, or rings. CURTAINS combine well with other treatments. If you like the look of stationary curtain panels but you want some privacy, pair the curtains with miniblinds or a pleated shade. For a more finished effect, top them with a CORNICE or VALANCE.

Custom Valances
This is a Box-Pleated Valance with contrasting colored tabs. Used alone, valances bring a whisper of style and color to windows. Placed over another treatment, they not only conceal the heading but also lend a decorative flourish. Arched, tapered, or scalloped valances crown curtains and draperies, adding flowing lines and visual interest. The lower edges of valances offer unlimited possibilities for trimmings, from ruffles and piping to contrast banding and fringe. They can be installed on rods or on fabric covered boards.

Custom Cornices
Because their edges are so clearly delineated, CORNICES add architectural interest. The effect depends, in part, on the shape of the lower edge; STRAIGHT CORNICES are simple and tailored; those with scallops are more formal. When used on more than one window in a room, cornices unify the space and create a pleasing visual rhythm. They also display the fabric’s design over a flat area.
In addition, cornices serve two very practical purposes: they cover the heading and hardware at the top of the under treatment, and they block cold drafts coming from the window. They add luxury detail to any room.

Custom Swags & Cascades
Among the most impressive of all window treatments, SWAGS and CASCADES bring distinction and classic form to windows. Challenging to make and mount, traditional and cutout swags look like flowing lengths of fabric. Usually, they’re accompanied by cascades. For a more formal look, put SWAGS and CASCADES over LONG SIDE PANELS or on top of SHEERS.

Pictured on the left, these (previously black) wrought-iron bar stools were given a coat of primer, then spray painted. We then added a micro-suede fabric, cording, colorful beaded fringe and VOILA!
