About Sew By Design
The conception of Sew by Design began in my infancy. My Mom probably made the outfit I wore home from the hospital 60 years ago. The nursery colors and the decor were probably all appointed by Mom too........one younger sister is a certified tailor.......another, a designer and baby brother creates custom driftwood furniture.....Thanks Mom....we love you and miss you.
Mom planted the seed, then came home economics in High School. After sewing dozens of bridesmaids dresses and hemming hundreds of pairs of pants, the passion turned to home decorating.
